General Information

The sales module is where you can manage charter bookings for your customers. This includes creating and booking quotes, customer management, and defining boarding points. You also have access to the configuration options for how your charter services operate.

User Permissions

All users with access to the system will be able to view all information in the sales module, including customers, quotes and bookings. Those users who have been added to the COP_Sales AAD group will be able also to create and edit information.

Sales page

The Sales page is where you will find important information for the sales team’s attention. From here, you can manage the configuration options and quickly access the Create Quote page or the Create Customer page.

This page includes a Reporting Dashboard that provides visibility into revenue performance and quote conversion rates. Use the reporting period buttons at the top of the dashboard to change the data displayed in the charts (This Month, Last Month, This Qtr, Last Qtr, FYTD).

Dashboard Charts

Revenue Pipeline by Service Month - The Revenue Pipeline by Service Month chart displays the value of quotes and bookings grouped by the month the service is scheduled to occur.
Quote Conversion Rate - The Quote Conversion Rate chart displays the percentage of quotes that have been converted into bookings for each service month.

Sales Tiles

Outstanding Quotes - shows the number of quotes that haven’t been booked yet and have a trip commencing in the next seven days. Clicking the tile will display the quotes page, filtered for quotes within the next seven days.
Bookings Today - Shows all bookings for the current day.
Bookings Tomorrow - Shows all bookings for tomorrow.
Invoicing Suspended - Quotes with status Invoicing Suspended

Top Tasks

Create Quote - navigates you to the Create Quote page, allowing you to create a new quote.
Create Customer - navigates you to the Create Customer page, allowing you to create a new customer.

Configuration

Vehicle Types - this is where you set up your vehicle types & enter a price per kilometer or kilometer range which is used when entering a vehicle option on a quote using the kilometers option..
