The Sales module's reports are generated from the Sales Reports window on the Sales page. Each report is an Excel file. You choose the report, the period and any filters, then when it should run: straight away, overnight, or on the 1st of every month. The finished file arrives in your notifications.

Navigate to Sales, then choose Generate Sales Report from the triple dot menu in the page header.
Generate Sales Report is shown to users with the Sales role. Users without it do not see the triple dot menu on the Sales page.
Users with the Accounting role can run Booking Revenue per Km and Vehicle Revenue per Km from Accounting → Reporting, and Customer Bookings and Quotes from a customer's page.

Navigate to Sales.
Open the triple dot menu in the page header and choose Generate Sales Report.
Under 1. Report, choose the report. A line beneath it says what the report contains.
Under 2. Filters, choose a Period and any filters the report offers. Leave a filter empty to include everything.
Under 3. Delivery, choose Run now, Run tonight or Every month. A line beneath the choice says when the file will arrive, and a summary of everything you chose follows it.
Click Generate.
❕Note: Generate stays unavailable until the choices are complete: a Custom period needs both From and To, and Customer Bookings and Quotes needs a Customer.
The From and To fields always show the dates the report will cover. They can be edited only when the Period is Custom.

Times are in your head office's time zone.
When a report is ready, a Report Ready notification arrives.
A Run now or Run tonight file can be downloaded for 7 days. Each monthly file can be downloaded for 35 days. If a report cannot be generated, a Report Failed notification arrives instead.
