Overview

The Workshop module gives you everything you need to manage and maintain your fleet of vehicles and other assets. It brings your workshop team, operations team, and management together in one connected system — reducing downtime, improving compliance, and eliminating the manual paperwork that slows teams down.

Workshop is built around three primary areas:

• Assets — your vehicles, plant, and equipment. Everything the workshop team services and maintains.
• Mechanical Work — where you plan, schedule, and track all maintenance activity, from routine services to defect repairs and heavy vehicle inspections.
• Parts — where you manage the parts and services used to maintain your assets, including stock levels, purchase orders, and supplier relationships.

User Permissions

All users with access to the system are able to view information in the Workshop module, including assets, defects, parts, and inventory.

Users who have been added to the COP_Workshop AAD group are also able to create and edit all information within the module.
