Send Emails: Yes/No
Recipients: Enter one or more email addresses, separated by a semicolon (;) with no spaces.
Job Details Threshold (Days): The timeframe in days that you would like to be notified about cancelled bookings.
An email will be sent if a booking in the future gets cancelled.
When a major change is made to a booking that requires the associated jobs to be deleted & regenerated, an email will be sent with the details of the deleted jobs, including the allocated driver & vehicle. The email will only be sent if there is at least one driver allocated to one of the jobs.
