Compliance Settings controls the automated compliance notification emails: who receives them, and whether they are sent at all.
Navigate to Compliance → Configuration → Compliance Settings.
Four notifications are configured here:
Editing requires the Administrator role. Other users with access to the Compliance module can view the page, but the Edit option is not available to them.
Each of the four sections has the same two fields.

| Recipients | One or more email addresses, separated by a semicolon (;) with no spaces. For example: [email protected];[email protected] Maximum 200 characters. |

Customer complaints are assigned a severity level with a maximum response timeframe. A complaint that is not closed within that timeframe is automatically marked overdue.
When enabled, a daily email lists the complaints currently overdue.
When a fatigue breach occurs, an email is sent with the details of the breach, the staff member involved, and a link to the breach event.
An email is also sent when a potential breach is detected, so that the driver's schedule can be changed before the breach occurs.
