Overview

Daily event log subjects allow the operations team to define categories for events being raised which assists them in how to process and action these events.

Creating a subject

  1. Navigate to OperationsDaily Event Log Subjects under Configuration.

  2. Select the edit icon ✏️ from the header.

  3. Click + Add Subject at the bottom of the list of subjects.

  4. Enter the description for the subject you wish to create.

  5. Set the new subject’s position on the list using the up and down arrows.

  6. Once done, click Submit.

Editing a subject

  1. click the edit icon ✏️ in the header.
  2. Edit the descriptions
  3. Alter the positions of any of the subjects using the up and down arrows.
  4. Click Submit to save the changes.

Deleting a subject

You can delete a subject you no longer wish to be available when creating an event as long as the subject hasn’t already been used in a previously created event.

  1. Click the edit icon ✏️ in the header.
  2. Click the delete icon 🗑️ on the row for the subject you wish to delete.
  3. Click Submit to save the changes.

⚠️ Important: If you wish to undo the deletion of a subject while you are editing the subject list, click the undo button (↪️) before you click Submit.


FAQs

Note: You cannot delete a subject that has been previously used for an event. If the delete icon is greyed out for the subject you want to delete, that means it has been used in an event & cannot be deleted.

Note: Kiosk Driver Report is a system-defined subject applied to events raised from the driver’s kiosk when they enter their shift completion details and enter text in the ‘Anything to Report’ section.
