Overview

Fuel entries are recorded against assets allowing you to keep a track of how much fuel or Adblue is being used by the vehicle as well as who added the fuel, when & where. Fuel entries can be added from several locations including automated or manual imports from the Datafuel Fuel Management System that runs the fuel bowsers at the depot, as well as via the Driver’s Tablet. You can see these entries as well as edit & add to them from within the Manage Asset screen.

Viewing an asset’s fuel entries

Understanding the entries shown

By default when you first open the fuel tab, the entries shown will be the imported entries from the Datafuel Fuel Management System at the depot, as well as any entries recorded in the tablet at a location other than the depot i.e. fuelling offsite at a service station. To see the entries recorded by the drivers in the tablet as fuelling onsite at the depot, click the Show Depot Fuel From Tablet button ****.
