Overview

Inside each staff member’s profile is a tab called Vehicle restrictions.

The purpose of the vehicle restrictions list is to add vehicles that the staff member is not allowed to drive & then use that list to restrict allocations.

How it works

Vehicles added to a staff member’s vehicle restrictions list, will not be available for allocating to any job where the staff member is already allocated.

If a vehicle is allocated to a job, only staff who do not have that vehicle on their vehicle restriction list, will be available for allocating.

Add vehicles to a staff member’s vehicle restriction list

Navigate to the staff member’s profile

Click on the Vehicle Restrictions tab

Click on Add Vehicle

Select one or multiple vehicles & click ok, or

Add all vehicles & click ok

Remove vehicles from a staff member’s vehicle restriction list

Navigate to the staff member’s profile

Click on the Vehicle Restrictions tab

Click the 🗑️ bin symbol next to the vehicle you would like to remove
