The Jobs page is the hub of the operations module, where real time job status & driver clocked on updates provide operations staff with a live play by play overview of the day’s activities.
The search function along with the extensive list of filters available on this page allow you to find & view the details of any job you might be looking for.
Updated every 30 seconds, the information you’re seeing is always fresh & up to date.
Job - displays the job number as a hyperlink that will take you to the manage job page where you can edit the job.
Shift - shows the shift name if the job was generated from a shift.

Customer / Description - Displays the customer name & description for charter jobs or the description alone for non charter jobs that don’t have a customer.
Clock On - Shows the clock on time.
Depart - Shows the time the staff member has been scheduled to depart the depot.

Job Status - The job status will change as the job progresses through its lifecycle.
Driver Status - Shows the clocked on status of the driver.
As each staff member clocks on, the green ‘clocked on’ badges will appear down the page.
If a staff member fails to clock on by the scheduled time, a red ‘Not Clocked On’ badge will be shown against the job. A red banner will also be shown across the top of the screen to alert all staff currently logged into the system.
If a job progress level (Relocating to site, In progress) hasn’t been reached by the scheduled time, an indicator is shown next to the job status to draw the attention of operations staff.
The tablet progress warning indicator is a prompt for operations staff to look at the job or contact the driver to find out why the required status hasn’t been reached by the scheduled time & what needs to happen to rectify the situation.
The driver could be running late leaving the depot or the charter group could be late boarding the vehicle, there could also be a case where the driver has started driving & forgotten to press the button on the tablet. Getting the job into the expected state will cancel the tablet progress warning indicator.
With a large number of jobs happening each day, it could be frustrating returning to the Jobs page & needing to scroll down to the afternoon jobs over & over again.
The ‘Scroll to job closest to current time’ button, located in the top right corner next to the search, will automatically scroll the page to put the job with the clock on time closest to the current time, in the middle of your screen.
