Overview

Subcontractors are people or companies who are not entered into your system as staff members, that you would like to be able to allocate jobs to. Before you can allocate an external person or company to a job, you will need to set them up as a subcontractor. Once that person or company has a profile created in the subcontractors page, they will be available to be allocated to jobs. Jobs allocated to subcontractors do not require acknowledgement or completion details. Driver’s paperwork can be printed or saved as a PDF & emailed to your subcontractors.

Subcontractors list

  1. Navigate to OperationsConfiguration → Subcontractors to view a list of subcontractors.
  2. The subcontractors’ list is searchable using the search tool 🔍 located at the top of the page.
  3. Click on a subcontractor’s Name to view their details.

Creating a subcontractor

  1. From the Subcontractors page click the ➕ in the header to create a new subcontractor.

  2. Enter the subcontractor’s details.

    Note: All fields marked with * are required. ❕Note: The name must be unique.

  3. Click Submit.

Adding a new subcontractor contact

One or more contacts can be added to subcontractors. You can add and edit contacts from the Manage Subcontractor page.

  1. From the Subcontractors list ****page, click on the Name to view the subcontractors details.

  2. On the Contacts tab, click + Add Contact.

  3. Enter the contact’s details, then click OK.

    Note: All fields marked with * are required.

Editing a contact

  1. On the Manage Subcontractors page, on the Contacts tab, click the edit icon ✏ next to the contact you want to edit.
  2. Make the required changes to the contact details, then click Ok.
