Overview

When the workshop completes a job for an external client, the job will be set to a status of Needs Invoicing.

The job will appear on the ‘Jobs Need Invoicing’ tile on the Workshop Dashboard.

To mark the job as having been invoiced;

• Open the job
• Select Mark as Invoiced from the triple dot menu.

User permissions

Users will need to be in the Workshop security group to be able to mark a job as having been invoiced.
