Allocations Page -
Conflicts are presented along the bottom of the allocations page to draw your attention to any conflicts on the day being viewed.
Clicking on one of these conflict tiles shown below will apply filters to exclude all jobs except for those in conflict.
Clicking on the 1 Urban Staff Member Conflict below has applied the Unnaccepted Staff Member Conflict filter as well as the Urban Job Type filter as you can see on the right of the screen.
Conflicts are shown in the conflicts tab inside the job on the Manage Job page.
Every new conflict is an unaccepted conflict by default, except for those created while generating jobs from rosters using the generate new jobs page.
Conflicts created by the system when generating jobs from rosters are automatically accepted. Urban shifts & rosters can be set in a way that will create a vehicle conflict between two jobs in the middle of the day when the morning driver finishes & the afternoon driver takes over. These conflicts are known & planned for so we have the system automatically accept these conflicts.
Conflicts can be accepted on the allocations page by clicking on the job to show the details & clicking on the tick symbol next to the conflict.
Conflicts can be accepted from inside a job by clicking on the tick symbol.
