Overview

The Fuel Consumption Report provides a summary of fuel and AdBlue usage across your fleet for a given date range. It gives workshop and fleet managers a clear picture of how much fuel each asset has consumed, how far it has travelled, and its efficiency in litres per 100km.

The report is generated as an Excel file from the Assets list page.

Running the report

  1. Navigate to Workshop → Assets.
  2. Apply any filters to narrow the list to the assets you want to include, or leave unfiltered to include all assets.
  3. Open the Triple Dot Menu at the top of the list.
  4. Select Export Fuel Consumption Report to Excel.
  5. Enter the date range you want the report to cover.
  6. Click Export to download the file.

What the report includes

The exported Excel file contains one row per asset with the following columns:

Column Description
Asset The asset name.
Total Fuel Added (L) The total volume of fuel added to the asset within the date range, in litres.
Total AdBlue Added (L) The total volume of AdBlue added within the date range, in litres.
Km Travelled The total kilometres travelled within the date range, based on odometer readings.
Fuel (L/100km) Fuel consumption rate — litres of fuel used per 100km travelled.
AdBlue (L/100km) AdBlue consumption rate — litres of AdBlue used per 100km travelled.

❕Note: Assets with no fuel entries or no odometer data in the selected date range will return blank values for the relevant columns.

Filtering by asset

The report respects the filters applied to the Assets list page before running. To run the report for a specific group of assets — for example, only buses at a particular depot — apply the relevant filters first, then select the export option.
