Finding details of cancelled bookings can be done quickly & easily. All you need to do is use the filters on the Sales → Quotes page to filter for bookings with a status of Cancelled.
Navigate to the Sales → Quotes page
Open the filters at the bottom right of the Page
Go to the Status Filter & select Cancelled and or Cancelled in Progress.
You can also select a Date Range or Customer to help narrow down your search.
Once you've found the Cancelled Booking you're after you can click the booking number to open it.
From inside the booking, you can see the Activity Tab on the right hand side for details of who cancelled the booking & when.
